Axial Returns/Exchange Policy
At Axial, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery, with an additional 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also provide reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund per order, regardless of the number of items. This means if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of ₹100 will be made for the entire order, not per item.
Reverse pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier is unable to collect the package, you will need to ship it back to us. Please note that reverse pick-up availability depends on your area’s serviceability.
For COD orders, store credit will be provided within 1-2 working days from the day of return pickup, and will be sent to your registered email or contact number.
Please ensure the returned product(s) are in the same condition as they were delivered. If the items show signs of wear or are returned in poor condition, a refund will not be processed. Kindly allow up to 7 days for the return to be processed, with the refund reflecting in your bank account. Refunds and bank transfers are only applicable for prepaid orders or online payments made on our website.
For COD purchases, customers will receive store credit equivalent to the payment made, which can be used for future purchases. Please note that reward points or store credits are non-refundable and are only redeemable on our store. Shipping charges are non-refundable as well.

Cancellations are only possible before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Axial reserves the right to modify the product categories under this policy without prior notice.
Refunds for Free Product Deals
Items purchased during BOGO (Buy One, Get One Free) or other promotional offers with free products are not eligible for returns.

Please ensure the items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit, and that the order ID and registered mobile number are clearly mentioned on the package. All items must be in unused condition with original tags attached and packaging intact. Once received, we will process your refund (including ₹100 courier charges for prepaid orders) within 48 hours. COD orders will receive store credit in the form of a gift card.
Note: Please do not use The Professional Couriers for self-return, as their deliveries are unreliable and will not be accepted at our warehouse. We recommend using Speed Post for reliable and cost-effective delivery. Any additional courier costs beyond the stipulated amount will not be covered by Axial.
Service Terms
- Bank account details provided by the customer will be considered final, and Axial will not be responsible for errors in the details provided.
- If you have received an SMS or email notifying you of a delivered order, but have not received the item(s), please contact us within 24 hours.
- The customer must take care of the product(s) while in their possession, including retaining all product instructions, documents, and wrappings.
- If a product does not meet standards at the time of delivery, please contact us within one day via support@axial.co.in
- Upon receiving the returned product, we will examine it and notify you via email of your right to a refund, if applicable. Refunds will be processed within 30 working days from the day we confirm your eligibility via email.
